Holding one ball in your palm,
place the string between
your index and middle finger.
Basic rhythm:
Step 1: Top hit / Bottom hit
Swing the other ball (outer
ball) up over your thumb allowing
it to make contact with the ball
in your palm (inner
ball).
This is called a top
hit.
Keep your thumb relaxed.
It should not be touching the inner ball
Now let the outer ball
swing back the other way,
around the back of your fingers
and let it hit the inner ball from below.
This is called a bottom
hit.
For now, simply twisting your
forearm back and forth
will cause this motion to occur.Become comfortable with this motion
before moving on to step 2.
